Optional water filling usually reserved for electric pasta cookers is also available on the Gas line. As water boils off over time, the water level is maintained. Sensors will add water to the tank automatically when they sense the water level dropping.
The selection of baskets allow you to cook a variety of serving sizes, mix pasta styles, and start batches at different times. With an optional pasta lifter, set the timer, and the lifter will automatically lower the basket into the boiling water, and raise it again at the end of the timer duration. No risk of over cooking pasta again.
